• Manage front desk on daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
• Admin Compliance and Reporting
• Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls and forwarding calls.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor and record logbook and visitors and employees)
• Perform and record of ingoing and outgoing mails/ deliveries and so on
• Source and Purchase supply of products/materials and negotiate with Suppliers.
• Supporting and Perform tasks for other office staff
• And any other relevant tasks required on admin clerk position.
- 3 – 5 years experience in Administration role in corporation setup.
