JOB DUTIES
- Manage front desk on daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties
- Admin Compliance and Reporting
- Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls and forwarding calls.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor and record logbook and visitors and employees)
- Perform and record of ingoing and outgoing mails/ deliveries and so on
- Source and Purchase supply of products/materials and negotiate with Suppliers.
- Supporting and Perform tasks for other office staff
- And any other relevant tasks required on admin clerk position.

- 3 – 5 years of experience in Administration role in corporation setup.
