REAL ESTATE – SALES
Responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. Must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team.
Job Duties
- Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or new customers
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or respond to enquiries generated from advertisements
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
- Present property information to customers identifying their needs
- Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls
- Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any properties
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company’s targets are met
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in Real Estate
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent phone, email and chat manners
- Excellent time management and analytical skills
- Proactive, problem-solver, and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Php25,000.00 – Php35,000.00 per month
